The hotel has extremely friendly employees from check-in through to check-out and beyond. It has a particularly good and perfect location, conveniently close to all attractions. Nestled in a nice building very close to downtown, it offers easy access to a concert at Talking Stick Arena, the Phoenix Area, and the airport, as well as major freeways for easy access to almost anywhere.

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel in Phoenix for a quick trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. The bar downstairs had a sweet bartender with blonde hair and the airport shuttle driver, Joe, was super friendly as well. The pool was never crowded and the gym looked nice. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. I appreciated that the hotel allows guests to set their room temperature to their comfort level.

My friend got throwing up sick during the night. When I called the desk for advice, the desk person said I will bring some Sprite right up to your room. He did. Char did feel good enough to catch her plane back to Des Moines instead of staying on in Phoenix. Thank you

On my stay at the hotel, the night lighting in the parking lot was not on. Unfortunitily I did not see the curb and fell injuring my left knee, straining my back and scraping my right elbo. After getting cleaned up my friend notified the desk on what happen. I also notified the desk on the way out the next morning, Instead of finishing our vacation we started for home,instead. 1. Fix lighting 2. Staff should have followed up better.
